TOWN OF FLORENCE PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget of the Town of Florence for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2027 has been completed and filed in the Town Clerk’s office, located in the Florence Town Hall, Thomson Corners-Florence Road, Florence, New York, where it is available for inspection by any person or persons interested therein during regular office hours.
Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Florence will review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Florence Town Hall located at
11897 Thomson Corners-Florence Road, Florence, New York, on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The monthly meeting of the Florence Town Board will immediately follow the public hearing.
Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor.................................................$ 7,750.00
Town Justice.............................................$ 7,000.00
Town Clerk...............................................$ 14,000.00
Councilpersons (4 @ $3,250.00)..............$ 13,000.00
Highway Superintendent...........................$ 42,000.00
All persons having an interest therein will be heard at that time.

Town Hall Hours
